VinciSmile Return and Exchange Policy

Returning Goods:

  1. Returning and exchanging are negotiable for the products received within 15 days after received.
  • If the products are in good condition and the customer wants to return/exchange them, the returned/exchanged products must be UNOPENED and able to be resold as new. Restocking fee of 20% of the purchased price will be charged. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
  • If the products are incorrect due to VinciSmile error or shipping issues, VinciSmile will replace the products and pay shipping.
  1. After 15 days, it’s nonreturnable in any case.
  2. Returning Operation:
  • Do not return products without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number provided by VinciSmile.
  • A copy of the invoice or packing list along with the RMA number must accompany your shipment. Merchandise returned to VinciSmile without proper paperwork may cause late operation in refunding and exchanging.
  • To return products, please firstly contact VinciSmile Customer Service to obtain a RMA. Number. Then ship the involved products with related documents and mark on package "Attention: RMA#________”. For the incorrect products returning due to VinciSmile error, VinciSmile will provide a prepaid shipping label.   

Refunds:

Refunds for the returned products will be issued within 7 working days after receiving of the returned/exchanged products, using the same payment method that was utilized for the customer’s original order.
